Position Overview:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Part Time Property Care Inspector to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring our properties are well-maintained, fully stocked, and ready for each guest's arrival. As a Property Care Inspector, you will be responsible for running errands, performing light maintenance tasks, and conducting inspections to uphold the quality of our homes.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:•
Property Inspections:
Visit properties after housekeeping services to ensure homes are cleaned to nestago standards and ready for incoming guests per inspection check list, reporting damages as their found•
Errands & Supplies:
Purchase items with company funds and deliver them to guests or place them in the home as needed•
Light Maintenance:
Perform small maintenance tasks such as changing lightbulbs, replacing batteries, exchanging propane tanks, and tightening knobs on drawers, etc.•
Guest & Homeowner Coordination:
Meet potential guests at properties to conduct home tours and meet with homeowners to gather important property information•
Support Tasks:
Assist with various tasks to ensure smooth guest stays and help maintain properties in excellent condition
Qualifications
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards• Excellent time management and organizational skills• Ability to work independently and as part of a team• Strong communication and interpersonal skills• Ability to lift and carry up to 35 lbs• Must have a reliable car and be willing to drive to different properties in Colorado Springs and surrounding areas such as: Monument, Cascade, and Woodland Park• Valid driver's license and insurance• Available to work Sunday through Wednesday, 11am-5pm• Ability to perform light maintenance tasks• Good communication skills and a customer-service-oriented mindset• Flexibility and ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
