Our Sales Directors are an integral part of the team and responsible for driving revenue and partnership growth for omni-channel media programs. This role is centered on sales throughout the pre- and post-sales process for media partnerships, including managing an existing book of business, bringing in net new business, and growing brand/agency partnerships.

About the role:The Director of Sales role will coordinate sales and manage client relationships in the CPG categories across our Sponsored Product and Display Ad technology media platform. The ideal candidate should have a proven history of exceeding sales goals and existing in-roads with media contacts at CPG companies and agencies.

Duties and Responsibilities:Generate revenue and strive to exceed target quotaUtilize existing networks & intelligence tools to identify & contact prospective brand and agency contactsOffer smart client research, trends & ideas to drive interest & cultivate relationshipsDissect each brand organization to uncover different rivers of fundingOwn a room and present dynamically to instill confidenceAnalyze campaign performance statistics and recommend performance enhancementsCollaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless experienceCommunicate with retailer teams regarding account outreach and pipelineTrack outreach & sales activity pipeline using CRM tool, HubSpotAbout you:We are looking for a Sales Director who has the following skills, knowledge, and experience:Working knowledge of retail, eCommerce, and digital monetization programsStrong leadership qualitiesStrong organization skillsAbility to problem solve focused on being solution-orientedExcellent interpersonal communication skillsProven thought leader in strategic planning and operational efficienciesEfficient time management skillsExperience in various CRM, Sales Intelligence and Ad Server platformsAbility to work in a team environmentProficient in Google suite productsQualifications:5+ years experience in advertising, media sales, and/or business developmentStrong understanding of CPG environmentComfortable with DSP, DMP, PMP terminologyBA/BS degree in marketing, business or related fieldPost COVID travel required to Brands/Agency officesAbout CitrusAd:CitrusAd is a leading retail media company and part of Epsilon, a global advertising and marketing technology company.
