Job SummaryWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Marketing to lead our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.The Director of Marketing is in charge of keeping our facility full with residents. We're looking for that person who can sell sawdust to a lumber mill. You'll be selling yourself, our team and our facility to potential residents, hospital discharge planners, and doctors. You have to enjoy building relationships with people. Must be self-driven, confident, and resilient. As a department head you'll be joining a very fun, high energy, close-knit leadership team. This job is challenging, fulfilling, and there's a lot of variety in the day-to-day job.Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to meet company objectives.Oversee all marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and advertising efforts.Manage the marketing budget effectively and optimize spending.Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities.Utilize analytics tools to track campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed.Drive e-commerce initiatives to enhance online presence and increase sales.Qualifications
