Bookkeeper

Our client a small $3-6M construction add-on services company located in beautiful Fairmount section of Philadelphia is in need of a sharp and accurate Bookkeeper for a 4-6 month contract to cover for a medical leave. This position is critical and is very operationally as well as financially focused. You will work directly with the owner in a very family and employee friendly environment.

ON-SITE work schedule 5 days a week

$30-35/hour + 1.5 OT

Bookkeeper

Focus:

• Performd daily billing and invoicing procedures
• Pay bills and manage accounts payable resolving any discrepancies
• Accounts receivable duties, posting cash received
• Monthly reporting of AR, AP and billing summaries
• Month end close procedures in Quickbooks, month end accruals and journal entries
• Bank reconciliations and cash management

Required:

• 5+ years relevant work experience
• Quickbooks experience
• Bachelors degree a plus
