Regional Sales Manager

CANDIDATES MUST HAVE A MINIMUM OF: 5-years related experience and/or training; foodservice and/or industrial sales experience with a major food manufacturer (preferably pasta) or foodservice distributor.This is a remote position located in the United States and candidates have to live in the United States our preferred locations are in the Western or Midwest USA. Extensive travel required; valid US Passport required & able to travel into Canada.This position is responsible for managing the sales region. This individual will be responsible for developing and maintaining a base of Foodservice customers, (distributors, re-distributors, and key operators) and industrial customers which is consistent with the company’s short and long-range goals. Focus should be on sales volume of products, gold-standard service, communication, and maximizing profit margin. RSM’s will be responsible for managing all Brokers/Sales Agencies across all strategic markets within the specified region.
