Design Associate

Job Title: Design Associate Job Description: Responsible for progressing all stages of a building project, from the initial schematic design phase through a complete set of construction documents. Take schematic design for a project and drive it forward through Design Development and into the Construction Documents phase. Produce complete permit sets that include all required drawings and documentation to obtain an approved building permit by government jurisdiction. Coordinate the building plans and project intent with the required project consultants (such as structural engineers, civil engineers, and geotechnical engineers. Produce architectural renderings that show all aspects of design and create exciting visual appeal. Review and incorporate design changes based on feedback. Address and properly reply to any building corrections/notices that issued for a specific project during its review. Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor's or foreign equivalent degree in Architecture or a related field.One year of building interior design experience, including experience in: Building BIM models; Building physical and digital lighting simulation models; Rendering architectural images; Drafting graphic diagrams; and Utilizing the following tools: Autodesk Revit, Autodesk CAD, and Sketchup.
