led by team members who are passionate about driving engagement, creating awareness of diverse backgrounds and experiences, and building inclusion across the organization.We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst I skilled in Banking Commercial Lending to serve as a liaison between IT, software vendors and the Commercial Lending line of business. You will establish great relationships, determine indepth understanding of business processes and strategy, analyze, document, communicate business requirements, and guide the development and configuration of systems (we are using Abrigo) to achieve business goals. Your role is to continually seek opportunities to increase client satisfaction, deepen relationships, and effectively manage client expectations. You must have working knowledge of the Commercial Lending / Small Business Banking line of business to provide best in class level service. This is a huge project with 30 integrations including Salesforce, Data Lake, Fiserv and LaserPro.Possible office locations include 8750 West Bryn Mawr, Chicago (near Rosemont) and an easy walk from the O'Hare Blue line, Tinley Park Illinois and Evansville Indiana.Key Accountability 1:Collaborate with Line of Business and technical resources to ensure features and functionality are developed according to business requirements and client needs are appropriately incorporated.

Additional Business Analyst CompetenciesAnalysis: evaluate complex data, identify trends, draw conclusions, and work with team to make recommendationsCommunication: written and verbal communications should be clear, concise and geared to the audienceProject management: plan, schedule, and track multiple and sometimes competing initiatives and be able to prioritizeTechnical: solid grasp of SDLC, platform capabilities, best practices for development, and the translation between requirements and designQualifications and Education Requirements3-5 years' experience performing business analysis of banking commercial lending systems is requiredKnowledge of business operations and system requirements processesExperience with administration of loan origination systems, preferably Abrigo or nCino is preferredInitiative and ability to build relationships with system stakeholders, team and effectively collaborate and mentorExcellent organizational, data gathering, documentation and follow-up skillsComputer skills, including configuration of systems preferredProven track record in meeting deadlines, quickly and accurately troubleshooting issues, problem-solving and communicating with other business unitsPosition may require some to travel for meetingsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business or related fieldWe continually seek highly motivated and talented individuals.
