Job Description

Summer 2025 Internship

Work with process development engineers to learn wire drawing process and functions of drawing and feeding lubes.

Learn and understand the type of lubes and way of applying in the wire drawing process.

Work with engineers to develop an innovative concept to implement liquid feed lubes in the production process.

Conduct studies & tests for internal validation of wire surface properties.

Will be trained to operate welding and test equipment as needed.

Ability to conduct tests and validate with hands-on welding can be expected.

Intern will work with cross functional internal team members including engineers, technicians, and marketing personnel.

Qualifications:Qualifications

Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Materials Science Engineering, Welding Engineering or related Engineering field

Must be classified as a Junior or Senior for 2024-2025 academic year

Open to MS candidates in similar fields

Strong interpersonal & communication skills

Self-motivated

Comfortability working in teams

Strong prioritization & organization skills (80/20!)
