Jacksonville, FL or Santa Ana, CAOverviewAs the Account Manager in Loan Agency Services you will provide agency services on a diverse portfolio of structured finance loan transactions including construction bridges, syndicated loans, international cross-border financings, and export credits across various industries and sectors. You will manage a portfolio of both domestic and international clients. What You'll DoManage a wide range of transactions for international and domestic clients, varying in complexity. Roles include collateral agent, administrative agent, trustee, and intercreditor agent
Monitor transactions to verify borrower compliance with governing documents including provisions related to budget, base case, insurance, security arrangements, Events of Default, and reporting requirements. Review and approve disbursement requests, monitor draw procedures, manage flow of funds mechanics and internal loan administration
Responsible for processing amendments, waivers, and consents requests. Manage all interactions between borrowers, lenders, independent engineers, legal counsels and internal units
Work with Transaction Management Group to ensure that all new transaction documents are finalized to clearly reflect Project Finance Agency Services team's roles and duties
Manage portfolio in compliance with operational policies, procedures, and metrics. Participate in workout or restructuring situations
Prepare periodic administrative reviews of entire portfolio
Skills You'll NeedBachelor's Degree in Business or related. Relevant experience in loan agency and/or Corporate TrustKnowledge of syndicated loan structures, collateral & security trustee services and administrative agent functionsUnderstanding of legal deal documentationProficiency with software such as Outlook, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPointKnowledge of LS2 / Loan IQ systemSkills That Will Help You ExcelStrong interpersonal and verbal/written communication skillsAbility to multi-task and excellent attention to detailExpectationsIt is the Bank's expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the Jacksonville office in accordance with the Bank's hybrid working model.Deutsche Bank provides reasonable accommodations to candidates and employees with a substantiated need based on disability and/or religion.The salary range for this position in Jacksonville is $60,000 to $110,000.Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications.
