Director of Digital Marketing . This position oversees the day-to-day marketing operations and is responsible for developing, implementing and optimizing digital marketing initiatives to accelerate growth, drive revenue and enhance customer acquisition across our portfolio of properties while aligning with company objectives As a company leader this position will assist in

This could be the perfect opportunity to advance your career with a growing and exciting hotel management company!Job Responsibilities:Uphold and be accountable to department goals, objectives and processesStay at the forefront of digital marketing trends and best practices (in hospitality and beyond); guide the department to implement innovative strategies to maintain a competitive edgeOnboard, train and develop Digital Marketing teamCollaborate with company leaders and cross-department teams to provide marketing support and ensure cohesive strategies to support company objectivesProvide communication, training and education to General Managers and Sales Leaders to raise their awareness and understanding of Digital MarketingAnalyze hotel-specific needs and create strategies and tactics for increasing revenue portfolio-wideDiscuss trends and sales strategy, review results from the prior month and determine upcoming events and action plans for occupancy and RevPAR maximization for future datesDevelop, manage and optimize integrated digital marketing campaigns and tactics such as programmatic display, retargeting, paid search and paid socialDevelop and implement location-specific strategies to meet and exceed goals in the areas of revenue generation and market share performanceManage spend budgets and pacing to provide ongoing recommendations for optimizations, tactics and channelsManage a well-balanced distribution strategy among direct channels and OTAs to optimize channel mixCollaborate with Revenue teams to drive fair share on OTAs and promote packages and offers through Travel Ads and co-op campaignsDevelop and manage standalone hotel websites to drive hotel awareness and direct bookingsMonitor and maximize performance of brand websitesRegularly audit each hotel's online presence to ensure all third-party listings are optimized, visible, accurate, up to date, on-brand and engagingExecute SEO tactics to maximize traffic from search engines and improve rankingPerform regular search audits to gauge each hotel's visibility on major search engines and information gathering services including technical website analysis, competitive/keyword research and link analysisEstablish KPIs to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing initiatives and identify areas of improvement including actionable recommendationsRegularly report on performance through monthly and quarterly reports to company leadership and stakeholdersAttend monthly P+L calls and regular calls with stakeholders to advise on marketing performance and build relationshipsJob Requirements:5-7 years of experience in performance marketing roles, specifically to hospitality industryFully versed in hotel distribution channels, previous experience with major hospitality brands (Marriott, Hilton, Choice, etc.) preferredProven track record of developing digital marketing strategies, driving significant growth in customer acquisition and revenueExcellent leadership, project management, and communication skillsStrategic problem-solving abilities and a growth mindsetMinimum of 1-2 year directly supervising other associatesBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field or work equivalent experiencePast e-commerce responsibilities and demonstrative experience with tracking growth and generating analytical reportingExperience managing multiple brand entities and key hotel markets from both a creative and analytical standpointHighly organized with strong communication skillsCollaborative style to accomplishing goalsHigh attention to detail and ability to multi-task requiredAbility to build positive relationship with internal customers and stakeholdersTravel to assigned hotels and corporate office periodically for meetings and other business activities as neededOur Perks:Highly competitive salary with achievable incentive planMedical, Dental, Vision, Ancillary Benefits, 401KPaid Time Off, Paid Sick TimeJob Training, Opportunity for AdvancementAssociate Referral Program, Hotel DiscountsAnd now -
