The NABU Digital Commerce Specialist at Sherwin-Williams will be responsible for the retailer specific initiatives and day-to-day activities that drive sales and experience of products from iconic brands like Valspar, Minwax, Krylon, Cabot, and Purdy via the online channels. This includes the building, expanding and optimizing of the digital shelf and consumer experiences to drive traffic, conversion, increased basket size and customer satisfaction Build strong cross functional business relationships with NABU Sales Teams, Marketing Communication, e-Business, Digital Marketing, Product Marketing, Brand Marketing and Customer Marketing. Be a subject matter expert in the digital shelf representation of the experiences and products sold on retailer.coms. Responsible for the development of digital creative content for new product launches and content enhancement programs that are on-brand and consumer-relevant for retailer digital properties. Partner with the Sales and e-Business/Marketing Data Management team to manage all new item set-up projects through each retailer's processes. Collaborate closely with Brand and Product Marketing teams to ensure the content and strategies developed for retailer digital properties effectively and accurately showcase unique brand and product benefits. Support the Digital Experience Manager in the execution of the Rating & Reviews Try-It Program working with the Customer Service & Distribution teams. Primary point of contact for issues pertaining to online SKU presentation and brand performance. Responsible for monitoring and updating Retailer.com competitive analysis. Analyze competitive data to provide SKU optimization recommendations. Support the Digital Commerce Manager in Product Line Review presentations. Utilize knowledge of the shopping funnel and site technologies to optimize the search and browse experience. Analyze sales and distribution of direct-to-consumer products to provide insights and recommendations to National Account Managers. Work closely with Product Marketing and Sales teams to identify key products to add to the Special Order Program as well as project manage the item launch process. Work with Digital Marketing & internal IT teams to ensure timelines are met for new and updated digital experiences created for retailer.coms. Ability to multitask and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail Required: Bachelors Degree in business, marketing or technology 3+ years' experience in online/retail merchandising, digital marketing or ecommerce Preferred: Professional verbal and written communication and presentation skills Demonstrated ability to synthesize multiple sources of input (data, business stakeholders, client research, design) and arrive at high quality decisions. Experience leading cross-functional initiatives at large companies. Experience in e-retailer ecommerce processes, technologies, operations, merchandising, SEM and SEO. Technical aptitude and agility to learn database systems and web-based platforms (i.e, Item Management Application, Salsify, Commercehub). Proven experience with major consumer brands and how to support/ differentiate them in the digital space. Ability to maintain composure and productivity in a dynamic environment. Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results: self-starter and self-directed.
