The Product Marketing team markets the organization's products and services using customer marketing databases. They create direct mail marketing plans, targeting specific market segments with specialized offers. They collaborate with market researchers to develop response models and other database improvements, and may conduct data mining analyses of customer data to develop marketing trends. Product Marketers are responsible for leading the marketing strategy, product development and product management process for their portfolio of products and brands.The Brand Management and digital marketing teams promote and maintain the brand image at local, national or international levels. They coordinate marketing strategies, including packaging, pricing, expense budgets, advertising and promotion of the brand. They develop associated advertising campaigns and oversee brand performance by identifying market trends, maximizing performance on various channels and growing consumer lifetime value.These teams of Brand, Shopper, Digital and Product Marketers collaborate to grow our brands through delivering the brand promise in partnership with sales through our products, consumer & shopper journeys, and activations.

The candidate should be adept at articulating consumer learnings and insights into stories that gain followership or into engineering requirements to drive projects forward through the development process. The candidate will have a high competency for collaboration with diverse functional process partners and be comfortable presenting at all levels of the organization. Finally, the successful candidate will bring a growth mindset to a learning culture-based team. This means a willingness to teach and support the team in areas of expertise as well as curiosity and hunger to learn from the team, process partners, and consumer research. Your responsibilities will include

Define and deliver the short, mid, and long term product strategy from initial planning stages through storytellingLead critical advanced development and production projects. This includes the business case, project scoping, and trade off decisionsCreate requirements by translating consumer learnings and insights into the Voice of Engineering (VoE) and ensure solutions are delivering benefits against the Voice of Consumer (VoC) definitionsDevelop a through understanding of our differentiators and ensure we are competitive in the marketplaceApply global brand strategies to new product launches - delivering differentiated and ownable consumer platformsWork with regional marketing teams to set the proper go to market strategy for your category, including budget, creative, and asset recommendationsSet brand health targets and track KPIs to ensure continuous improvement and growthOversee paid media performance and CRM activities to ensure they meet strategic & operational Return on Investment/Return on Ad Spend objectives while enhancing customer loyaltyMinimum requirements

Bachelor’s Degree.3+ years of marketing, digital marketing, advertising, product management, industrial design, paid media, engineering, brand, agency, consumer insights or category management experiencePreferred skills and experiences

MBAExperience in applying Consumer Insights in product roadmap/strategySuccess working and leading in a fast-paced environmentCapable of operating on both strategic and tactical levelsAbility to work in an Agile Methodology processAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyProduct development experienceStrong organizational skillsFinancial acumenWhat we offer
