As the Technical Support Analyst, you will ensure infrastructure across the site or collection of sites is performing to standard. Provide local on-site support for availability management and global/regional project implementation activity ensuring local infrastructure delivers to business expectations (SLA) while remaining fully aligned to global JMIT Policies. Support global L3 teams in troubleshooting and resolution.

Your responsibilities:Infrastructure Support: Configure, deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot local infrastructure, including workstations, laptops, printers, phones, mobile devices, meeting room equipment, and local networking (e.g., WiFi).End User Support: Diagnose and resolve issues related to application software, operating systems, and multi-user applications unique to the site.Hardware & Software Installation: Install and support PCs, laptops, tablets, mobile devices, and software, including desk moves and new workplace setups.Systems Operations: Provide Smart Hands support, manage backups, perform server restarts, LAN patching, and cabinet management.Project & Knowledge Sharing: Contribute to IT service improvement projects, document knowledge, share expertise with colleagues, and support training for junior staff.Compliance & Professionalism: Adhere to company policies and standards, champion the I&E community values, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.Requirements for the role:

Experience with Windows 7, Windows 10, Office 365, and mobile technology.Proficient in printer technology, DNS, and DHCP.Knowledge of switches, routers, desktop, laptop, server, and printer hardware.Familiar with networks, phones, mobile devices, operating systems, databases, and JM-specific applications.Strong understanding of Microsoft and networking technologies for technical implementations.IT qualification or significant experience; fluency in the local language is essential.
