We are currently seeking a qualified energetic, upbeat and compassionate Assistant Office Manager for our East Point location! A Smile 4U is privately owned with locations in Cartersville, Decatur, Dalton and Hiram. Utilizing the highest quality, state-of-the-art equipment and scheduling technology, we offer multiple specialties under one roof including general dentistry, orthodontics, sedation dentistry, and oral surgery. Additionally, we provide services to both pediatric and adult populations and are dedicated to providing a positive and memorable patient experience for all ages.
The Assistant Office Manager will be responsible for, but not limited to: Managing daily operations for dental, ortho, and OS departments; including all staff and Dentists, managing internal relations between Dentists and staff members, overseeing clinic scheduling to achieve daily/monthly production goals, recruiting, training, managing, scheduling, and evaluating all office staff, overseeing supply purchasing for dental, ortho, and office supplies; as well as inventory control

Qualifications:
MUST HAVE Dental Office Management Experience
Bilingual in Spanish
Proactive, Ability to Multi-Task, Advanced Time Management Skills, Advanced Written and Communication Skills, Employee Management Skills, Advanced Problem-Solving Skills
Customer Service/Patient Satisfaction, Team Player
Reliable and collaborative team-member
Monday to Friday in office hours 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. One hour unpaid break.
