A leading provider of core components for global car manufacturers, VS Company is supporting the emerging trend of the vehicle industry.Commercial Account Management.Responsibilities:Responsible for Sales & Operation Activity - Analyze daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly requirementsPromote LGE Smart technologies and products to NA local customers (Ford, Stellantis + others) to obtain RFxWork with HQ planning team to have right products/Technologies to sellActively engage with core teams across multiple regions to ensure alignment on strategic objectives and operational goals.Customize pre-marketing tools by customer's requirement and interestWork on RFx response activities (reviewing / confirming / submitting to customers)Negotiate all commercial terms including quote (unit price, tooling, ED&T), price adjustment based on design changeReview / negotiate terms and conditions with HQ teamNetwork with customers and key suppliers to gather OEM's insight information and tech trendsAttend OESA/OEs town hall events to build networkWork with customers to carry over products to other programs and prepare next gen products & techExcellent negotiation and communication skills requiredExpertise in new business development, strategic planning, account management, new market developmentDevelop and drive comprehensive Customer Account Strategy plans that result in profitable and sustainable growthBuild on customer relationships to ensure successful renewals and identify future sales opportunities and coach global account team members to do the sameSuggest product modifications to assure that current and future products meet customers' needsUnderstands all products responsible for including form, fit, and function and benchmarks to the competitionOther duties may apply

Qualifications:Required:Bachelor's degree7+ years of experienceTier 1 or OEM automotive industry experienceAbility to travel (International & Domestic)Ability to work early/late hours for business meetings

Preferred:MBABilingual (English & Korean)
