Marketing Manager

to support our B2C and C2C seller communication strategy and execution. You'll collaborate closely with global marketing managers and the Global Head of Marketing Communications and Events to bring the global strategy to life in various markets. In this role, you'll work closely with teams across Marketing, Analytics, Performance Marketing, and Product to craft, deploy, experiment, measure, and iterate on initiatives aimed at driving awareness, consideration, adoption, and retention.Key Responsibilities:Drive awareness of our suite of advertising solutions within seller and eCommerce marketing communities.Maintain global brand guidelines, key messaging, and brand narrative in the local market. Collaborate with Product Marketing, Analytics, Corp Comms, Legal, and Lifecycle Marketing to create assets for digital channels, paid media, and events.Plan and implement campaigns across various channels, including social media, blogs, search, and influencer marketing.Conceptualize and execute seller-centric content campaigns that celebrate seller success and highlight how our ads help sellers grow their businesses.Develop a variety of marketing content, including presentations, case studies, video scripts, blog content, and social media copy.Partner with external vendors to push creative boundaries and test new mediums and channels.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, English, or a related field.At least 4 years of relevant marketing experience in a direct sales, B2B organization (bonus points for eCommerce media/ad sales experience).Experience identifying and telling data-driven stories using first- and third-party data.Strong advocate for quality, with an eye for detail and excellence.Self-starter with the ability to identify growth opportunities and execute cross-functional projects from start to finish.A customer champion who puts the user experience at the forefront.Excellent written and oral communication skills.Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and handle ambiguity.Team player with excellent relationship-building skills and a positive, collaborative mindset.
