Responsibilities
It is essential that this position be performed at the facility.Inspect and package molded productsProperly sort unacceptable product for further processingComplete finishing operations to molded productAccurately package and label completed productsMaintain accurate transactions of finished goods and scrap materialInform team leader of non-conforming product immediatelyMaintain high housekeeping standards within work factoryStart and stop machines when instructedFollow the attendance policy of the Plastics departmentPerform and execute job task in the best interest of a high performance team at all timesRequirements
A high school diploma or equivalentCandidates must possess a stable work history preferably in a manufacturing environmentShould be able to work rotating 12 hour shiftsShould be able to stand and walk continuously while performing tasksMust be able perform all job duties associated with the functional job description for this position, including the ability to lift and carry up to 40 poundsAdhere to all safety requirementsBasic computer skills a plusStrong communication skillsSelf-managed; ability to work well without supervision, team-oriented person possessing a positive attitude
