OverviewMicrosoft's Global Media Team is a diverse, collaborative, solutions-oriented team committed to planning, activating and fiscally managing all paid media/advertising across Microsoft. The team works across business groups to tie objectives, insights and innovation together to drive business impact through world-class media/advertising strategies, plans and results. The team's responsibilities extend to driving market intelligence and contributing to Microsoft's media innovation across media channels and ad tech. The open role on the Global Media team is for Senior Marketing Manager, Ad Operations. In this role, you will be an integral part of the Media Operations team and have the opportunity to drive impact and innovation across ad tech partnerships, media stewardship & brand safety, privacy & legal compliance, and critical engineering projects. Document each measurement solutions capabilities and limitations within Microsoft's various web environments Develop implementation and use-guide for each measurement solution Ensure compliance of all established processes and procedure related to use of each measurement solution across internal Microsoft teams and agency partners Partner closely with other operations, marketing, engineering, and analytics teams (internal and external) to drive implementation of established AdOps solutions for paid media and compliance with best practices Manage and advise on Microsoft's 1st Party/3rd Party media tagging and tracking solutions. Partner with internal teams and 3rd party media and creative agencies to drive consistency across Microsoft's campaign tracking instrumentation for site and other business analytics. Develop site solution designs, and specifications documents, for all Microsoft's paid media/advertising campaigns, defining site Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) measurement, instrumentation, via coordination with other site ownersOtherEmbody our culture and values
