About This RoleCAE, the global leader in aviation training, is currently looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Regional Sales Manager to join our Dallas team. This key role focuses on securing new business aviation training contracts from both prospective and existing accounts, using a solution-based selling approach to meet sales objectives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving revenue targets within their assigned region and will play a pivotal role in driving growth and customer retention.Key Responsibilities:Governance & Reporting:Provide weekly and monthly sales reports within specified timeframes.Deliver monthly revenue forecasts and obtain necessary approvals for proposals and pricing adjustments.Utilize Salesforce.com and Gemini for sales tracking and customer scheduling.

Account Planning:Achieve revenue, yield, retention, and growth goals for assigned accounts.Collaborate with Account Executives on training schedules for clients.Make final pricing decisions and develop strategies for account retention and growth.Manage territory and Account Executive to maximize revenue and yield.

Sales Activity:Meet sales targets and maintain an accurate record of activities, opportunities, and proposals in CRM (Salesforce.com).Lead a specific set of business aviation accounts and create a sales plan in collaboration with the Sales Leader.Promote solution sales and engage resources to present value propositions.Monitor competitive threats and ensure client satisfaction through regular interactions and visits.

Travel Requirements:Travel within the territory 30%-40% of the time to achieve revenue goals and client retention.

Coaching & Mentoring:Coach and mentor less experienced sales resources.

Customer Centric:Excellent sales skills including communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to cultivate and maintain deep customer relationships.Strong cultural understanding and awareness.
