D.R. Horton, Inc. is currently looking for a

Sales and Marketing Manager for their Sales & Marketing Department. The right candidate will manage all sales activity, escrow closings, marketing and merchandising and representation to the public.

Manage Sales and Marketing projections.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Motivate and coordinate between the department of Sales, Escrow, Marketing, Construction, Product Development, Land Acquisition, and Mortgage

Resolve problems and/or issues pertaining to any department

Meet or beat set sales goals

Create new incentives for neighborhoods

Enforce company policies

Recruit and hire future sales representatives. Train and motivate the sales force

Perform a competitive analysis on product, features, and neighborhoods/amenities

Work with the Marketing Coordinator/Manager and Division Manager on advertising

Work with the agents on all marketing promotions

Perform realtor outreach (realtor breakfasts, lunches, office presentations)

Oversee grand openings and new phases

Conduct all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and increase the goodwill and profit of the company

Able to travel overnight

Supervisory Responsibilities

Directly managestwo or more employees in the Sales & Marketing Department. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
