Maintenance Technician - 3rd Shift
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining plant processing, facility, and support equipment.
Location Turlock CAHours:
3rd Shift 10PM- 6:30AM. Monday night thru Saturday morning .Wage:
Starting Pay $27.58- $34.84

Required Qualifications & Experiences:18 years or older12+ months prior industrial maintenance experience, knowledge and/or educationBasic computer skillsCommunicates work order progress to supervisor and production operatorsAbility to read, write, comprehend, follow verbal and written instructions and possess basic mathematical skillsPossess mechanical aptitude. Some experience with mechanical systems, utilizing product manuals, troubleshooting mechanical breakdowns, and reading mechanical drawings.
Preferred Qualifications & Experiences:High School Diploma or GED3+ years’ experience with basic electrical systems, compressors, welding, plumbing, conveyers, hydraulics, packaging, PLC, pneumatics, preventive maintenance, and pumps.Forklift experience preferred or willing to be trained for certificationEnsures a safe working environment for self and others while performing assigned tasksAble to work in a fast-paced environmentAbility to effectively work with a variety of people and departmentsAbility to be flexible in work performed and scheduleSelf-reliant and able to accurately work under limited supervisionCustomer focused and able to work in a collaborative teamAdhere to all standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Physical Requirements for production positions regularly include:Frequent movement including walking, standing, bending/stooping, turning, twisting, pushing, pulling, raising arms, lifting, climbing and other active movementsOccasionally to frequently be required to lift items weighing up to 50 lbs.Performing duties while wearing personal protective equipmentWorking across temperature zones that may include cold and/or hot environments for extended periods and may include work in environments where dust is presentShift schedules that include days, nights, and weekends, some holidays and periodic overtime
