As a Product Delivery Manager, you will blend deep knowledge of product management and business analysis skills to drive business deliverables within the product development life cycle. You will empathize with customers, define problem statements, generate solution ideas, collaborate, and bring products and solutions to life.

Expertise and Skills You Bring

• Bachelor s degree required; a master s in business or relevant technology leadership is highly beneficial.
• Typically, 3-5 years of experience in a product management team focused on delivery, technology, and software development.
• Strong analytical skills and technical proficiency with batch processing, APIs, databases, and authentication protocols.
• Ability to influence and impact agile teams and interdependent teams by understanding the vision and collaborating across teams to achieve business goals.
• Proficiency in all stages of the product delivery lifecycle, focusing on driving change to bring a product from strategy to the marketplace.
• Ability to understand the customer experience end-to-end, identify pain points, and communicate effectively with stakeholders and agile teams.
• A growth and learning mindset to advance skills and standards, with a constant curiosity to stay current and keep your team updated on skills.
