Description:

Benchmark Human Services is seeking a dedicated and organized Office Manager to oversee the administrative, operational, and record-keeping requirements for the Missouri First Steps Program in the St. Louis Area. This position provides and coordinates essential clerical and administrative support, including secretarial, receptionist, and data entry duties, ensuring the smooth operation of daily office activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain child records, ensuring all information is processed, created, and maintained accurately.
  • Direct and manage administrative assistants, including setting and approving schedules, time approval, discipline, coaching, and training coordination.
  • Manage daily office functions, including customer contact, phone calls, emails, mail handling, filing, document preparation, and data entry.
  • Assist with payroll responsibilities and HR functions, such as creating new employee files, conducting reference calls, and scheduling interviews.
  • Assist service coordinators with data entry and related administrative tasks.
  • Process and file all documentation submitted to the SPOE.
  • Answer phone calls and process referral forms for phone referrals.
  • Ensure all timelines within the program are adhered to.

General Qualifications:

  • Valid Driver’s License
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • One year of Early Intervention program experience
