Business Analyst
for a
Contract
assignment with one of our premier
SaaS
clients in
San Francisco, CA . This role is also open to fully remote, PST preferred.
We are looking for a highly experienced Business Analysis & Insights Contractor to support our team in delivering actionable insights through advanced data analysis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis, data interpretation, and strategic insights. This contractor role will involve working closely with our internal teams to provide expert analysis and recommendations that align with our business goals.
Responsibilities:Advanced Data Analysis:Conduct comprehensive data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that drive business decisions.Develop and implement analytical models to evaluate business performance and identify areas for improvement.
Insight Generation:Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and strategic recommendations.Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.Support decision-making processes by providing data-driven recommendations and strategies.
Stakeholder Collaboration:Work closely with various stakeholders to understand their analytical needs and objectives.Provide expert guidance and support to help stakeholders leverage data effectively in their decision-making processes.
Project Management:Manage specific analytical projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery of insights and recommendations.
Data Quality & Governance:Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data used in analysis and reporting.Implement best practices for data governance and maintain high standards for data quality.
Required Skills:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Statistics, Finance, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.5+ years of experience in data analysis, business analysis, or a related field, with proven experience in a contractor or consulting capacity.Proficiency in data analysis tools and software such as SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Power BI, or similar is a plus.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and present findings in a clear, actionable manner.Excellent communication skills, with experience in preparing and delivering presentations to senior stakeholders.Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
