Network Security Engineer

Security Responsibilities:Mastery in LAN/WAN, Zscaler Cloud infrastructure, and Zscaler proxy management.Proficiency in traffic flow for both HTTPS (web Traffic) standard and custom application–based traffic analysis, firewalling, and proxy services.Experience in Palo Alto Firewall zoning, policy creation, and connectivity troubleshooting.Skilled in network design, resource monitoring, VPN management, and firewall/proxy optimization.Capable of handling technology refreshes, documentation, change management, and project delivery.Expert in network security planning, customer technical support, and complex issue resolution.Responsible for operational and technical support, network configuration, and security policy enforcement.Effective communicator, collaborator, and network security infrastructure manager.Setting up and managing Site–to–site VPN connections.Tuning, optimizing, and troubleshooting firewalls and proxies, including preparing and reviewing changes, and maintaining related documentation.Working with application teams and users to troubleshoot access issues, and designing network solutions.Providing high–level technical support for escalated issues, owning complex customer issues until resolution, and advising customers on enhancing stability and security through automation.Coordinating with other system areas and vendors for network security systems planning, upgrading, monitoring, testing, and servicing, including managing network security infrastructure like firewalls, proxies, web filters, ACLs, and network access control.Diverse Lynx LLC is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
