Oversees the development of strategic market/product line business plans and marketing programs to support sales in designated market segments; identifies volume and strategic customers; and develops partnerships. Analyzes market data to identify trends/opportunities, develops strategic direction from market information, and creates compelling market analysis presentations. May conduct make-versus-buy analysis from a partnership/merger/acquisition perspective.What You'll Do
Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial performance, customer value and trust leveraging multi-product dealsPrepare or oversee sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelinesSupport customer executive engagementsBuild long-term relationships with new and existing customers through objective alignments with customers and market analysisDevelop entry level staff into valuable sales and business development peopleWho We're Looking For
Minimum of 15+ years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent; or 12+ years and a Master's degree; or a PhD with 8+ years experience; or equivalent experience. PreferEngineering, business administration, salesor relevant fieldProven workingexperience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant roleProven successful business track recordExperience in customer support is a plusTravel 20-25% domestic and internationalExperience in managing executive level communication.Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. SAP)Proficiency in EnglishMarket knowledgeCommunication and negotiationskillsAbility to build rapportTime management and planning skillsPreferred Qualifications

Salary offers will depend on factors that include the location you work from, your level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience and comparison to other employees already in this role.
