Senior Case Manager
to join this team and help maintain the standard of excellence for which we’re known. The Personal Injury Case Manager will report directly to the Department Supervisor. This Senior Case Manager will participate in all aspects of our pre-litigation personal injury practice, including opening claims, obtaining evidence, obtaining medical records and bills, assisting clients with treatment, assisting clients with their property damage claims and corresponding with insurance companies on a daily basis.ResponsibilitiesMaintain communication with clients and provide case updates promptlyMonitor and maintain client treatment portfolioObtain evidence, documents, medical records and medical bills related to our clients' casesAssist clients with their property damage claimsManage attorney schedule efficiently (attorney-client meetings, court appearances, etc.)Organize and maintain electronic case files within the company software/case management system.QualificationsAt least 4 years of Pre-Litigation Personal Injury experienceBilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not requiredExperience with Case Management SoftwareAssociates, Bachelors, or Paralegal Certificate is highly preferredPay Range: $30.00-$40.00 per hourHere at the Matian Firm, we offer medical, dental, and vision insurance.
