Location: Plano, TX 75024It is mandatory to have proficiency in the Hindi language Job Requirements:Leadership & Vision: Provide leadership to the entire staff, aiming to realize the long-term vision of establishing the company as a major corporate entity and listing it on a public exchange.Financial & Operational Performance: Oversee overall financial and operational performance, focusing on maximizing shareholder value.Entrepreneurial Mindset: Think creatively, handle growth challenges, and assist staff in achieving their professional goals.Telecom & Wireless Sales: Evaluate, enhance, and execute the company's strategic plan with a focus on sales and customer acquisition.Strategic Planning: Lead the development of financial forecasts and metrics to ensure alignment with board-approved objectives.Technology & Service Roadmap: Deliver a roadmap that reinforces and grows the company's market position.High-Level Representation: Represent the company to prospective partners/customers, including telecom carriers, government entities, corporations, universities, and system integrators.Opportunity Evaluation: Explore potential opportunities, monitor competitive issues, and capitalize on core business strengths for long-term revenue growth and profitability.Organizational Assessment: Assess organizational strengths and weaknesses and build/maintain a strong team to support the strategic plan.Transition to CEO: Make an effective transition to CEO over a specified period.Accountability & Reward Systems: Establish accountability for performance against business objectives and create reward systems to recognize achievement.Risk & Opportunity Communication: Communicate risk and opportunity to the board effectively, leading to decisions and implementable programs.Experience: 15+ years in telecom industry operations, sales leadership, and compliance roles.Track Record: Proven record of driving sales growth, expanding customer bases, and ensuring compliance.Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership, management, and communication skills.Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, marketing, compliance, or a related field. MBA or equivalent preferred.
