Primary Duties:Endpoint Deployment Tools and Services:Administer and maintain SCCM infrastructure, ensuring it is optimized for deployment, patching, and software distribution across the organization.Develop and implement SCCM strategies to meet the organization’s needs.Utilize SCCM, Patching My PC, PDQ Deploy, and other endpoint deployment tools to manage and deploy software, updates, and patches across a large corporate environment.Support the development and implementation of endpoint deployment strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.ImagingVulnerability Management:Collaborate with the endpoint & security team on organization vulnerability program.Ensure timely deployment of patches and updates to mitigate vulnerabilities across all endpoints.Windows Patching & Troubleshooting:Implement and support the patch management process for Windows workstations, ensuring all systems are up-to-date with the latest security patches.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to patch deployment and system updates.Application Management:Manage application deployment and updates via SCCM, ensuring smooth distribution and minimizing disruptions.Develop and maintain application packaging and scripting for automated deployment.Modern Device Management:Collaborate with other IT teams to integrate modern management tools and services with existing SCCM infrastructure.Investigate Autopilot for seamless device provisioning and deployment.Requirements:5+ years in endpoint deployment experience.Administration experience with Windows Server, Windows XP, 7, 10, 11.Extensive experience with SCCM, PDQ and/or other like deployment tools.Expert in troubleshooting and problem solving.Not required but desired – Autopilot and Azure, certifications in technical & deployment related tools and services (SCCM, administration, general IT Systems).EEO:MACOM is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to a diverse workforce.
