Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Director of Nursing to oversee and lead our nursing department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of nursing administration, ensuring high-quality care delivery, and maintaining compliance with regulations.Responsibilities:Manage the nursing staff and coordinate nursing activitiesOversee shift management and ensure proper staffing levelsUphold resident rights and promote a resident-centered care approachUtilize medical terminology and knowledge of Medicare guidelinesSupervise nursing personnel and conduct performance evaluationsReview documentation for accuracy and completenessDemonstrate anatomy knowledge for effective care planningConduct Minimum Data Set (MDS) assessments as neededQualifications:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing or related fieldActive RN license in good standingProven experience in nursing leadership or management roleStrong understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance standardsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teamsProficiency in computer skills for documentation and reporting purposesJob Type:
