This is your opportunity to be part of a team that is committed to delivering best-in-class service to our customers.In this role, you will be fully immersed in the end-to-end process of VMS recruiting, playing a critical part in identifying, engaging, and placing top-notch candidates. Your responsibilities will span the entire recruitment lifecycle within the Vendor Management System, contributing to the success of our cutting-edge technology solutions and reinforcing our commitment to delivering exceptional service to our customers.Responsibilities:Manage the full lifecycle of contract recruitment, from initial contact to placement.Utilize the appropriate VMS (Vendor Management Services) platform(s) to proficiently manage the end-to-end recruitment process for our client(s).Submit qualified candidates through the VMS system, ensuring accuracy and compliance with client specifications.Effectively navigate and operate within the VMS space to ensure streamlined candidate submissions, approvals, and reporting.Act as a liaison between clients and candidates, ensuring effective communication and satisfaction on both ends.Foster strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, documenting all relevant candidate and client interactions.Assist in maintaining accurate, neat records of recruitment metrics and reports.Provide regular updates and insights to direct management on recruitment progress and outcomes.Qualifications:Minimum of 5+ years' experience as a Technical Recruiter.Minimum of 5+ years of experience with Vendor Management Systems, specifically including Microsoft.Proven track record in recruiting and placing contract employees, with a strong understanding of industry best practices.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines without compromising on quality.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, candidates, and internal teams.Strong attention to detail in record-keeping and documentation.Experience in building and maintaining positive relationships with clients.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to navigate challenges within the recruitment process.Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, including hiring managers and other recruiters.A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred; however, equivalent professional experience will be considered.Salary Range:Pay ranges vary based on multiple factors including, without limitation, skill sets, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographical market. The pay range for this position reflects geographic based ranges for Washington state: $72,100 to $99,700 USD/annually.
