This role is primarily On-Site, with flexibility at hiring manager discretion.

This is an ONSITE position based out of our Salt Lake City, UT location.

What You Will Do

You will work in a challenging and collaborative workplace, inspiring innovation in an inclusive environment.

You will work on cutting-edge technology for AST, developing systems that provide integrated sensor and signal processing products in support of intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance.

You will guide and oversee the build, test, and delivery of advanced high-capacity systems for the U.S. Government.

You will work on complex technical problems and provide innovative solutions.

You will apply advanced technical principles, contributing to the development of new concepts and ensuring proper functionality of deployed systems.

You will perform work under consultative direction toward predetermined long-range goals.

You will self-initiate assignments.

You will represent the organization on projects as necessary.

You will advise management and customers on product and system solutions.

Qualifications You Must Have:

Minimum of 5 years of experience developing in C++ in a Linux environment.

Experience with system-level integration and testing of advanced processing systems.

Experience with scripting languages such as Bash, Python, and Perl.

Experience with JavaScript and XML.

Experience developing, coding, testing, and debugging complex algorithms.

Typically requires a degree in STEM or equivalent experience.

The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued Top Secret/SCI clearance.

U.S. citizenship is required.

Qualifications We Prefer:

Experience with User Interface development.

Experience with Qt and network protocols, such as TCP/IP.

Experience with Configuration Management tools, such as git.

Experience with Angular web GUI development.

Existing TS/SCI clearance (Active within the last 24 months).
