supports the technology related to the client lifecycle of M+T’s Wealth Management business: From Prospect Management over Planning to Private Banking, Trust and Investment Management; then to Client Onboarding and Service Provisioning and finally Compliance and Risk Management. The technology stack addresses the data needs of the Wealth Management business, a significant investment in a SOA middleware and a Web and Mobile based UI infrastructure. The team maintains both – in-house written applications and vendor provided functionality.Overview:You will be part of an agile team where you will design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code; ensuring the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications using existing and emerging technology platforms. The position interacts with senior management, other technology personnel, clients and vendors.Education and Experience Required:Minimum of an Associate’s degree and 6 years’ systems analysis/application development experience, or in lieu of a degree, a combined minimum of 8 years’ higher education and/or work experience, including a minimum of 6 years’ systems analysis/application development experienceExperience working on multiple projects involving complex systems analysis, design and complete application developmentExperience with Agile MethodologyMust be familiar with industry directionAn ability to build out products & products enhancements from idea through to launchSkills to collaborate with the entire team and customers on feature requirements and prioritizationEducation and Experience Preferred:Preference given to local candidatesM&T Bank is committed to fair, competitive, and market-informed pay for our employees.
