SUMMARYResponsible for leading a team of Fee Analysts within the Global Fee Management team focused on

Wealth Management & Investment Services

European client billings and Global Fee Management risk management, compliance, quality assurance and procedure oversight.RESPONSIBILITIESDirectly and through staff, manages and coordinates the operational activities for assigned functional area(s)/region(s). Ensures quality service and effective securities operations activities for all supported internal and external customers. Accomplishes results through the effective management of staff that may range from lower level non-exempt through exempt level professionals. Administers corporate policies and procedures and ensures compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Participates in the preparation of the department's budget and is accountable for managing expenses and actively contributing to the achievement of department net income goals. Proactively manages operational risks associated with span of responsibility, including the identification of control gaps and the design of operational controls to mitigate risks and financial exposure to the organization. Participates in the review and recommendation of operational systems and procedures affecting assigned units and coordinating system conversions from an operations perspective.REQUIREDSeven or more years of experience in trust and securities operational functionsFive to seven years of management experienceBachelor's degree in accounting or finance or equivalent work experiencePreferred Skills/ExperienceAdvanced knowledge of trust and securities operational functions, systems, procedures, products and servicesAdvanced knowledge and understanding of legal, regulatory and accounting principles which directly affect Wealth Management & Securities Services business lines and clientsStrong analytical, problem-solving, organizational and project management skillsEffective interpersonal, verbal and written communication skillsExcellent supervisory and management skills, including a well-developed knowledge of human resourcesAbility to manage multiple, unrelated tasksThree or more years of experience managing managersThis position offers a hybrid/flexible schedule which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.Benefits:Our approach to benefits and total rewards considers our team members’ whole selves and what may be needed to thrive in and outside work.
