With our historic growth, it is an exciting time to join our team of employee-owners.This opportunity entails being typically responsible for several cost functions related to project budgeting for clients (e.g., budget/cost management, change management, forecasting, contingency management). May manage budget/cost function for a small project or portion of a project. Responsibilities include preparing and maintaining client budgets, recording project costs, reviewing invoices, and monitoring cost history.What You’ll Do:Reviews, analyzes, and processes invoices and payment applications.Operates budget/cost system, including documenting and tracking changes to budget, commitments, and expenditures. May manage budget/cost function for a small project or portion of a project under general supervision.Supports change order process, including recording estimate-at-completion (EAC) impacts of potential or requested change orders. Tracks project EAC by recording all potential changes to cost accounts, including change orders, trends, and deviations.Generates standard and ad hoc reports including budget reports, forecast-at-completion estimates, and other reports under guidanceEstablishes and / or tracks contingency allocation.Forecasts costs and records updated forecasts as provided by project team.
