Your achievements will be acknowledged and celebrated, making this a truly rewarding and influential career step.Position PurposeThe Technical Field Services Manager provides technical support and guidance to the commercial team, customers, and New Zealand distributor (INZIDE), oversees the complaint process, and manages the Customer Quality Response (CQR) database.Responsibilities include managing CQR replacement and project delivery, coordinating with installers, and offering technical support to industry bodies such as CIAL, ARFA, Standards Australia, and ISO.Areas of ResponsibilitySite visits, inspections, and management of the CQR database. Liaison with Production site and financial approvals. Overseeing CQR rectifications.Management of Warranty content with liaison with US Legal.Management of all Installation and Maintenance Manuals ensuring content is up to date with industry best practice.Provide written advice to clients and end users.Leadership / management of 'Project and Business Administrator.'Local (ANZ) technical and customer support.Liaison with Technical Global team at Interface.Qualifications and Experience RequiredProven experience in similar management positions and dealing with customers.Full comprehension of the National Construction Code (BCA) regarding flooring.Thorough understanding of flooring products, standard testing methods for flooring, manufacturing processes for carpet tile, product performance parameters, and recommended installation methods - Knowledge of Interface Flooring (Nora, Carpet tile and LVT is an advantage).Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Competence in project and contract management.Extensive industry knowledge, a strong industry network, the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines, and a solid understanding of project management.Demonstrated ability to establish effective working relationships and customer management.Skilled in negotiating complaints to achieve cost-effective and satisfactory outcomes for the company and the customer.Proficiency in using Workday, Teams, and other company-specific IT platforms.Our BenefitsYou will be provided with competitive remuneration and an annual bonus.Access to Employee Assistance program.Salary Packaging options.Fitness subsidy, gym membership discount, health insurance discount, discounted home loan offer, yearly flu shots and more.You will be part of a diverse and vibrant team with an excellent culture.Help us lead the industry to love the world.
