Job PurposeThe Customer Solutions Project Manager will act as the quarterback across all pre-sales activities for Strategic & Key complex opportunities, including solution design project management / coordination and customer implementation. This role supports project management / coordination and customer implementation of new, highly complex expansion opportunities.Job ResponsibilitiesGenerate and execute detailed project plans to track all project activity.Schedule meetings as needed with stakeholders (sales, customer, structural engineers, art agencies, vendors, contract packers, etc.) to provide visibility to projects.Optimize role-specific work processes by identifying root cause, highlighting gaps and redundancies and take action to improve them.Demonstrate effective and impactful presentation skills to establish credibility and influence decisions.Coordinate meeting with all cross functional SMEs to work through multiple workstreams.Support proposal creation and cross-functional review (as needed for complex opportunities).Communicate wins to cross-functional partners to activate implementation.Collaborate with Implementation for onboarding.Route communications from customer regarding delivery delays to Customer Service Professionals.Additional Responsibilities & QualificationsUnderstands functional strategies across the organization.Recognizes Veritiv Unique Selling Proposition.Strong project management skills.Demonstrates effective and impactful presentation skills to establish credibility and influence decisions.Salesforce & Smartsheet intermediate level.Excellent communication skills and ability to lead conference calls.Salary: $98,700-$109,700Work Experience5-10 years of related job experience.Ability to manage multiple projects, work under pressure, and adapt to sudden changes in the work environment.Excellent verbal, written, people, and diplomacy skills are required.Experience of interpreting strategy and policy in order to set and deliver objectives.Experience of planning, managing and organizing resources within short/medium timescales within the overall policy framework.Experience with Salesforce.com or other CRM is preferred.EducationBachelor's Degree PreferredWhat We OfferEngaging and inclusive culture with employee lead Employee Resource Groups, Veritiv Cultural Alliance, recognition platform, etc.Extensive training opportunities, professional development programs, career pathing, and mentorship opportunities.Collaborative atmosphere with our customers and suppliers to create healthier, safer and more sustainable communities through our responsible operations and innovative solutions.Healthcare benefits and 401k with match start date of hire, paid time off and parental bonding time, tuition reimbursement, annual Profit-Sharing Program and much more!Veritiv Corporation , headquartered in Atlanta, Veritiv is a leading provider of design-to-delivery packaging, print, and facility solutions.
