Cleared Software Integration EngineerBestgate Engineering has an exciting opportunity for a Software Integration Engineer to support a High-Performance Computing Contract. The ideal candidate will develop software Tools and Services in a Linux environment supporting a cloud offering with open-source software using Kubernetes, Docker, Rook and other cutting-edge software. We are looking for a candidate who has experience working in a containerized landlord/tenant environment. The engineer will support the development of Tools and Services that increase the efficiency of software to production within a DevOps culture.Required:Experience writing scripts using Bash/Python in a Linux environment.General technical knowledge regarding compute, network, memory, and storage system components.Experience with automation tools such as SaltStack, Puppet, and Ansible.In-depth experience with troubleshooting large Linux Clusters.Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker.Demonstrated experience administrating/monitoring Kubernetes clusters.Experience with the Atlassian Tool Suite (JIRA, Confluence) and using Git for version control.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related field is preferred.
