The people on our team are at the heart of everything we do, and we’re here to support them.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESSystem Analysis and Design:Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.Collaborate with stakeholders to design, configure, and customize NetSuite, Salesforce, and Tulip (MES) solutions.Identify gaps and recommend process improvements.Implementation and Integration:Configure and maintain NetSuite, Salesforce, and Tulip (MES) modules.Integrate systems to ensure seamless data flow.Develop custom workflows, reports, and dashboards.User Support and Training:Provide end-user support, troubleshoot issues, and resolve system-related problems.Conduct training sessions for users on system functionalities and best practices.Data Management:Manage data migration, data cleansing, and data quality initiatives.Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems.Collaboration:Work closely with business units, IT, and external vendors to align technology solutions with business goals.Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives.Continuous Improvement:Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies.Propose enhancements and optimizations to existing systems.EDUCATIONBS/BBA in Computer Science, MIS, or equivalent experience.KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS / EXPERIENCENetSuite:Proficiency in configuring NetSuite modules (Financials, S&OP, Inventory, etc.).Experience with SuiteScript (JavaScript) for customization.Salesforce:Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and configuration.Knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.Tulip (MES):Familiarity with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and shop floor processes.Ability to configure Tulip applications for production tracking and process optimization.Collaboration:Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.General:Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.Detail oriented and thorough, with ability to think strategically.Ability to take calculated risks in uncertain situations.What we offerFrom performance bonuses that give every member of our team a chance to share in our success to health insurance and retirement savings programs to our generous PTO policy, we’re invested in our associates.
