As we continue to expand, we are looking for dynamic and driven Technology Account Managers to join our team and help us grow our client base.

Job Summary:

As a Technology Account Manager at Grove Technology Services, you will be responsible for selling a range of telecom and e-waste services to businesses, education, and government agencies. You will be tasked with identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This is a full-cycle sales role that requires a mix of prospecting, relationship management, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the telecom and e-waste sectors within assigned territory through cold calling, email campaigns, and face-to-face meetings.

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships with businesses across the U.S.

Leverage a customer needs assessment to position innovative business solutions and overcome customer objections.

Present and create multi-product solution opportunities.

Collaborate with internal teams and partners to ensure seamless delivery of services and customer satisfaction.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to effectively position our services in the market.

Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Technology Account Manager or in a similar sales role, preferably in the telecom or e-waste industry.

Strong understanding of telecom services and/or e-waste management solutions.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers.

Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve and exceed sales goals.

Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
