Teleworking has been approved by the COR but yet to be contractually executed at this time.Duties And ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop and maintain Kubernetes Platform Infrastructure, including but not limited to:Produce and maintain functional Kubernetes Infrastructure as Code according to consumer needs based on the ticket requirements (such as: solutions for Security/Policy & Network, Monitoring & Logging, Storage, CI/CD Pipelines, Service Mesh and Backup & Restore).Collaborate with stakeholders, development and product teams to understand operational product requirements, feature specifications, Architecture, CM and Testing processes.Manage time for assigned tasks to ensure progression/status updates and provide Level of Effort (LOE) forecasting with stakeholders.Understand and assist with documenting implementation requirements definition fulfillment, prior to execution of ticket.Ensure industry and security best practices across the team are known, in accordance with SSP and ISSO(s) and implemented.Research and study trends with relevant tools and technologies from the industry and Agency.Participate in team code reviews, cross-training, brainstorming, sprint review/demo, sprint planning sessions.Create and maintain clear and concise implementation documentation and SOPs.Report bugs and new feature proposals to the CCB.After hours call in support as needed.Required ExperienceFamiliar with Kubernetes (K8s) Application Development and Administration.Containerization.Skilled in Linux (RHEL) Administration including storage and interface management, hardening, patching and bash scripting.Skilled in Ansible or similar automation technologies for configuration management, maintenance and deployment of operating systems and application.Virtualization/VMware.Cloud-Providers (AWS, AZURE or similar).Microservices.Terraform.Go.Python.Familiar with GitLab or similar.Familiar with Helm Charts.Strong communication skills, self-starter with the ability to work independently and in a team environment on new features, bug fixes and troubleshooting.Must have an active Sec + IAD 2 certification.Quevera is an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer.
