The role you’ll contribute:
Responsible for the entire Imaging team of 80 team members, including MRI, CT, Mammography, Nuclear Med/PET, Ultrasound, Diagnostic Xray, Interventional Radiology, RNs in Radiology Care Unit, and Neurodiagnostic EEG. Manages all areas, with working hospital leadership.
The value you’ll bring to the team:
Assesses and tracks patients to ensure they receive the appropriate level of care at the appropriate point on the continuum.
Determine where integration efforts will be most effective, including identifying areas for improving processes and systems.
Communicate collaboratively to all customer groups to ensure that processes and systems used in the imaging department are thoroughly understood.
Manage employees through a team approach - fostering a collaborative effort across modalities.
Qualifications
The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:
Bachelor’s degree
Approved School of Radiologic Technologist
Three years’ experience in a leadership position
Demonstrated leadership ability, with strong business and strategic planning skills.
American Registry of Radiologic Technologists
