Reporting to the Dean of Students, the Director of Counseling and Health Services will lead critical wellness initiatives across campus. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to lead campus-wide initiatives to respond to the college mental health crisis in a collaborative and supportive environment. The Director will help meet the behavioral health and wellness needs of an increasingly diverse population of students and be responsible for leading a team of staff counselors providing in-person and telehealth counseling to help students succeed in and out of the classroom. The Director serves as the day-to-day liaison for Student Health Services.
