Accomplished Primary Care provider board certified in Internal Medicine or Family Practice with demonstrated outpatient experience needed to manage a diverse patient panel with multiple co-morbidities in a busy Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) providing integrated care to individuals living in Westchester. Will work collaboratively with advance practice providers and other specialty physicians to ensure quality primary and preventive care.
Market competitive compensation, retention bonus plus productivity and quality incentives after one year of service
Part-time (3 days) Monday-Friday schedule; one evening per week and one Saturday per month may be required, minimal telephone-only call rotation
NYS license, DEA, board certification and strong commitment to the community required

Annual Salary Range: $200,000-$220,000 full-time; $128,000-$140,800 part-time (3-days)
