The Field Medical Alignment Director (FMAD) supports the achievement of our scientific and medical strategies across the portfolio of Company Products, serving as part of the Country Field Medical Affairs Leadership Team.Key Responsibilities:Work on the continuous development, continuity, alignment and improvement of cross-functional activities, systems and processes impacting all the Country Therapeutic Area (TA) Field Medical Affairs.Ensure alignment and optimization of strategy and execution across all Country TA Field Medical Affairs Teams.Streamline and coordinate bi-directional Country TA communications between Headquarters and Field in adherence to company policies.Develop and improve cross-functional alignment between various therapeutic areas.Participate in resource planning, policy development, and implementation of Country TA Field Medical Affairs goals.Establish standardized operating models and best practices across TAs.Review medical plans and assets, recommending US MA required resources and processes.Interact with therapeutic thought leaders to understand the competitive landscape.Analyze emerging trends to determine gaps and opportunities.Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience:At least 5 years field medical affairs experience, including a minimum of 2 years in HQ role or equivalent.Minimum of 3 years working in oncology.Excellent interpersonal, analytical, strategic, tactical planning, project leadership, and communication skills.Ability to handle a demanding workload and respond efficiently to timelines.Ability to work across a diverse portfolio along the product life cycle.Effective communication with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.Business acumen with a superior understanding of the pharmaceutical industry.Proven ability to work with cross-functional matrix teams.Proven track record in medical and scientific development strategies.Full proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, PPT, Word, etc.).Preferred Experience and Skills:Scientific acumen and experience.Working knowledge of solid tumors/hematology, immuno-oncology, or ADCs.Experience in strategy and operations roles in oncology and medical affairs.Employee Status:
