Our client is seeking a Tax Partner with a focus in High Net Worth, an entrepreneurial spirit, and commitment to client service to join our team.This is an opportunity to join a rapidly growing national firm, offering full-service accounting, tax, and consulting services to clients in the U.S. and worldwide. They serve a wide range of clients including private businesses and their owners, large enterprises, HNW individuals, trusts & estates, and foundations. They also have a significant presence in the investment vertical including public & private funds, investment advisors and fund service providers.The exclusive High Net Worth division offers a comprehensive range of specialized services, with a primary focus on tax and advisory solutions. These include personalized tax compliance and advisory services for individuals and trusts, as well as consultancy on state and international tax matters. Additionally, the HNW practice provides expertise in trust and estate planning, along with tailored consulting services designed specifically for high-net-worth clients.Responsibilities
Cultivate and nurture relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional service and value proposition. Act as a trusted advisor to uphold our reputation as a premium provider, offering quality work, transparent communication, insightful advice, and proactive support.Develop a holistic approach to cater to the needs of High-Net-Worth clients, taking a leadership role in enhancing the infrastructure for such clientele. Focus on expanding the practice and demonstrating intellectual curiosity to address evolving client requirements effectively.Continuously assess each client’s needs as their goals and objectives evolve, adapting our client service and strategies.Respect and celebrate the value of each of the stories, backgrounds, perspectives, and ideas of each of our team members, building meaningful relationships with all those you interact with.Be growth oriented and work toward building a leveraged model, when appropriate.Provide mentoring and motivation to the team, including developing young leaders via active contribution to training and development.Exhibit forward-thinking, innovation, and delivering an exceptional work product.Perform partner level compliance review and tax return supervision.Serve as a professional role model, in the role of tax advisor, to many of the firm’s most valued clients.Serve as a go-to resource for technical questions or knowledge.Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required.CPA or JD qualification.A minimum of 12 years of tax experience, ideally within a professional services firm, with demonstrated leadership capabilities. Proven track record of achieving objectives, being accountable, and executing against budget and strategic goals.At least 3 years of experience at the partner level or equivalent.Expertise in High-Net-Worth Taxation, with a focus on in-depth knowledge and specialization in this area.Perks
