IT Program Manager

Key Role:Design, implement, and maintain strategic, multi-disciplinary IT programs in support of an on-going Enterprise-wide roadmap. Apply leading-edge principles, theories, and concepts and contribute to the development of new principles and concepts. Work on unusually complex problems and provide highly innovative solutions. Operate with substantial latitude for unreviewed actions or decisions and mentor or supervise employees in both firm and technical competencies.Basic Qualifications:2+ years of experience with managing an IC programExperience with managing complex and large contracts, including subcontract managementExperience with execution of contracts related to cloud enterprise services and ensuring deliverables meet quality and timeline expectationsExperience with managing client relationships and acting as the primary point of contact for all service-related inquiries and negotiationsExperience with the hiring process for new staff, including interviewing technical candidates, selection, and onboardingExperience with developing and implementing strategies for service improvement, scalability, and innovationExperience with implementing complex, cloud-based systems and achieving Authority to Operate (ATO) for DoD Risk Management Framework (RMF) accreditation processesExperience with cloud computing technologies, including AWS and Azure and IC ITE services and environmentsTop Secret clearanceBachelor’s degreeAdditional Qualifications:Experience with managing an IDIQ contractExperience with Space Ground System solutionsKnowledge of software development methodologies, including Agile engineering, configuration management, and DevOpsProject Management Professional (PMP) CertificationClearance:Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Top Secret clearance is required.Compensation:At Booz Allen, we celebrate your contributions, provide you with opportunities and choices, and support your total well-being. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
