to join our Sports Medicine Team as a nonoperative sports medicine provider.ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will join a team that includes Family Medicine providers, Orthopedic Surgeons, and Physician Assistants as a part of the Virginia Mason Franciscian Health team. As a Virginia Mason Sports Medicine Physician, there are opportunities to work with athletes of all levels, provide coverage to professional sports teams and to grow the practice you desire.QualificationsBE/BC in General Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Pediatrics or Emergency Medicine with subspecialty BE/BC in Sports MedicineExperience with managing upper and lower extremity musculoskeletal conditions both acute and chronic.Ability to obtain a medical professional license in the State of WAAbility to obtain a DEA with full prescriptive authority needed for specific practiceACLS and BLS requiredAbout Virginia Mason Franciscan HealthAt Virginia Mason Franciscan Health, you will find the safest and highest quality of care provided by our expert, compassionate medical care team at 11 hospitals and nearly 300 sites throughout the greater Puget Sound region.
