How You'll Make a DifferenceMid-level professional, a process expert focusing on streamlining sales workflows and leveraging data to improve efficiency. By analyzing sales data and identifying trends, the role provides actionable insights to optimize performance. Accountable for ensuring data accuracy within the CRM, sales systems, etc., by maintaining a clean foundation for informed decision-making. Works to empower the team and achieve ambitious goals focusing on improving and managing sales processes, analyzing data, and ensuring overall sales efficiency.

What You'll Bring to the Role

Craft compelling reports and dashboards that visualize data and empower sales reps and leadership to make informed decisions.

Become the data champion, analyzing sales data, generating insights, and crafting clear reports and dashboards.

A focus on analyzing the impact of implemented processes through data and suggesting business process changes to maximize effectiveness alongside efficiency.

Identify areas to refine sales processes and workflows, recommending solutions to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.

Partner with sales leadership to analyze trends, forecast pipelines, and predict future performance with accuracy.

Maintain data integrity across the CRM and other sales systems, ensuring a foundation for informed decisions.

Create and maintain playbooks and training materials for sales reps.

Ensure training and adoption on the use of visualization tools and data analytics.

Evaluate the return on investment (ROI) of various BtB sales initiatives and marketing campaigns.

Analyze sales data to identify trends, track performance metrics, and generate actionable insights.

Collect and analyze customer feedback from various sources (e.g., surveys, social media, customer reviews).

Ensure the accuracy and cleanliness of our CRM system, acting as the guardian of data integrity.

Collaborate effectively with sales reps, managers, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment and communication.

Stay updated on the latest data analysis tools and techniques, ensuring the organization leverages cutting-edge technologies.

Translate data analysis into clear and concise presentations for all levels of the organization.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related field (preferred).

4+ years of experience in sales operations, business intelligence, or a data-driven role.

Previous experience in sales operations, sales analysis, or a related field.

Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

Proven track record of analyzing sales data and generating actionable insights.

Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is highly desirable.

Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL).

Familiarity with data visualization tools and techniques.
