you'll encounter highly complex cases that push the boundaries of traditional med/surg/telemetry, offering a unique opportunity to deepen your expertise in managing critically ill patients. With RN-to-patient ratios of 4:1 to 5:1 on
telemetry
and 2:1 to 3:1 on
IMC , you'll deliver personalized, high-impact care that truly makes a difference.Our patient population spans cardiac, respiratory, hepatic, and renal disease states, providing a stimulating and challenging environment where you can build your skills and knowledge.
